Management

Robert S. Silberman has led the Company since 2000. Previously, he was president and chief operating officer of CalEnergy Company, Inc., and was assistant to the chairman and chief executive officer of International Paper. Mr. Silberman served under President George. H. W. Bush, including as U.S. assistant secretary of the army, from 1989 to 1993. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, and serves on the Advisory Council of the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies.

Karl McDonnell joined the Company in 2006. Previously, he was chief operating officer of InteliStaf Healthcare, Inc., one of the nation's largest privately-held healthcare staffing firms. Prior to his tenure at InteliStaf, he served as vice president of the Investment Banking Division at Goldman, Sachs & Co. Mr. McDonnell also has held senior management positions with several Fortune 100 companies, including The Walt Disney Co.

Mark C. Brown joined the Company in 2001. Previously, he served as chief financial officer of The Kantar Group, the information and consultancy division of WPP Group, the multi-national communications services company. Mr. Brown also held a variety of management positions at PepsiCo Inc., including director of corporate planning for Pepsi Bottling Group, and business unit chief financial officer for Pepsi-Cola International. Mr. Brown is a CPA who started his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Sonya G. Udler joined the Company in 2002. Previously, she served as an independent public relations and media strategies consultant. During her industry tenure, Ms. Udler also served as senior vice president at Young & Associates Inc., a public relations agency, where she developed communications strategies and media programs for Bell Atlantic, Siemens, Verizon and other leading technology companies.

Viet Dinh joined the Company in 2010. He is a professor of law and co-director of Asian Law and Policy Studies at Georgetown University Law Center. He also is the founder and principal of Bancroft and Associates PLLC, a law and public policy consulting firm. Mr. Dinh served as U.S. Assistant Attorney General for Legal Policy from 2001 to 2003, in which role he made significant contributions to the Justice Department's post-Sept. 11, 2001, efforts.

Kelly J. Bozarth joined the Company in 2008. Previously, she had more than 18 years of experience in finance and operations, including more than five years of education industry experience in senior roles. Ms. Bozarth also held various executive operating positions and senior-level positions in finance, control and audit at The Walt Disney Co. She is a certified public accountant who began her career at Deloitte & Touche.
