Annual Dividends Declared Since 2007*
*On October 30, 2007, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a special common stock dividend of $2.00 per share, which was paid on January 16, 2008 to all shareholders of record on January 2, 2008. On October 26, 2010, the Company’s Board of Directors authorized increasing the Company’s annual dividend to $4.00 per share from $3.00 per share. The annual dividend will be paid quarterly in the amount of $1.00 per share.
